Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please give us a 24+ hours notice for cancellations or changes.
- Less than 24-hour notice = 50% service fee.
- Skipping a scheduled clean? Your next one stays the same — we don’t shift your whole schedule.
- If you skip or cancel your price will change, rates are based on frequency, please ask what your price will be for the next cleaning.
- We cannot guarantee same day of the week availability if you skip/reschedule.
- Holiday date changes are allowed without additional fees.
